7. Prohibited User Conduct

9. Account Termination & Closure

You may close your Yotogel account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the conditions of these terms.

Yotogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In such cases, yotogel will retain transaction records as required by applicable law.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in yotogel's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through arbitration or the relevant courts at yotogel's discretion.
